It’s really quite simple! Here is what to expect when ordering your semi-custom invitation suite:
Customize & Order: Select your design from the options below, choose your details (colors, print method, shapes, and liners), enter your quantity, and add to cart.
Submit Details & Payment: Complete our event questionnaire when prompted and submit payment.
Review Your Proof: You will receive a digital proof via email. One round of revisions is included (additional rounds are $100 each). We will also ask you to provide your guest addresses using the template we provide.
Production & Delivery: Once you approve the final design and provide all guest addresses, production begins. This takes 3–7 weeks depending on your print style, after which your pieces will ship directly to you for assembly and mailing.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

DIGITAL PRINT is flat ink that is applied electronically and sits smoothly on paper. While this is one print option for the main invitation, this is the only print option for all other pieces. This method allows us to use HEX codes (CMYK) for print color.
FOIL PRESS uses heat and pressure applied to a custom metal plate to press a thin sheet of foil onto the paper, creating a textured, reflective print.
LETTERPRESS is a centuries-old relief printing technique that uses a custom photopolymer plate to press hand-mixed ink onto paper. This creates a more pillowy print with a deeper impression than foil press, with a matte finish.
Please Note: Foil Press and Letterpress have a higher cost than Digital Print, as the price includes the creation of your custom plate.

Once your order is placed, you will receive a photoshop digital proof via email within 5 business days. You will need to approve the final design before production can begin.
If you request a second proof, you will receive this within 3 business days of sending your edits. Any additional edit requests beyond the second proof will add to your timeline and are billed at $100 per proof, depending on the scope of the edit requests.
Physical samples are not offered, as they require as much time and set up as running the full project.
Please Note: Slight color variations may occur between screen and final printed piece. Digital proofs are as true to color as possible.

Select a quantity that includes the number of households you plan to invite (NOT total guest count) AND 20-25 (or more) spares.
The spare invitations will account for keepsakes, photography, additional guests, etc. Including spare invitations in your initial order will save you time and money, as supplemental orders will reincur setup and service fees, even at small quantities.

You do not need RSVP return envelopes if you have a fully electronic RSVP process.
However, if you are asking guests to mail in their RSVP response, we can include pre-printed return envelopes as part of your invitation suite at an additional cost.

If you are not seeing your ideal color, there may be some flexibility for specific items:
HEX CODES: You can provide us with a HEX code (CMYK) to replace your selected color for the following options:
- Digital print text
- Paper color (RSVP and Details cards only)
- Envelope liner prints that indicate HEX options
You will have the opportunity to input your custom HEX code on the information form after you add your suite to your cart.
LETTERPRESS: Similarly, letterpress ink color (for main invitation only) is also available in any Pantone® solid, uncoated color, which can be provided during checkout. Please note that HEX and Pantone color codes are not interchangeable.
